About Bsus2
Bsus2 is built from three notes: B (root), C# (second) and F# (perfect fifth). Its interval formula is 1 – 2 – 5. It is a suspended chord: it swaps the third for the second, so it is neither major nor minor and sounds open and floating.
Bsus2 has no standard open shape in the CAGED system, so its 27 voicings are sorted only by difficulty and position on the neck.
